Dynatest meets extraordinary demands for annual pavement condition survey
Jason Kerby is the Infrastructure Manager for SH 130 Concession Company, LLC. He is responsible for major maintenance activities for the pavement and structures associated with the State Highway 130 Segments 5 and 6 Facility. Pursuant to the Facility Concession Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation, he administers an annual pavement condition survey to assess achievement of the Performance Requirements. Where Performance Requirements are not achieved, he causes the necessary repairs to be made and a retest to be conducted to document success.
– I have engaged Dynatest many times to collect, process, interpret and report the pavement condition metrics for the Facility, both for the annual survey and to document repairs. The Facility Concession Agreement makes extraordinary demands in these regards and Dynatest has proven capable of adapting to the requirements and aggressive schedule demands to satisfy both State Highway 130 Concession Company and the Texas Department of Transportation. Dynatest has demonstrated, time and again, responsiveness to my concerns, and willingness and ability to execute the work. Dynatest has earned an excellent reputation for quality, knowledge, and experience which we and our client, Texas Department of Transportation, respect, says Jason Kerby, P.E., Infrastructure Manager, SH 130 Concession Company, LLC
