We offer a range of different service packages - Bronze, Sliver and Gold. You can easily select the service package that suits your needs.
Our Service levels
Bronze
The Bronze level is ideal for units that are being actively maintained and not worked to excessive levels.This is also a great entry level of service for customers who have their own technical staff but who need some extra support for essential maintenance and service and calibration.
Silver
The Silver option is a more comprehensive maintenance and service package and suits machines that have been worked hard and also where there may not have been the chance to keep on top of the maintenance. It includes essential calibration elements.
Gold
The Gold level service is an almost complete system overhaul when purchased as a one-off. This is a service for those who rely on optimal performance and where the units are worked very hard or where there is a major testing project on the horizon. This is also a great service level option if a unit has not been fully serviced in a long time and may need some real attention.
Gold FLEX
The Gold Flex plan is a 3-year total care maintenance and service package and has been created to recognise that your operations, and your unit, have unique service needs. This plan gives the highest level of service flexibility over a 3-year period when it comes to services and parts. Our service team will work with you to plan a 3-year annual service cycle that not only ensures continuous operations but also represents excellent value for money.
Bespoke Service
Where our set service offers are not quite right for your needs the service team will tailor a service to suit you. This can be the best option if you have purchased a second-hand unit and need the confidence that it is operating at the highest level, or if the unit has sustained damage and needs repair in addition to servicing.
