In the Eltronic Group Sustainability Report 2022/2023, we share our latest progress, challenges, and learnings to become more sustainable.
Eltronic Group’s sustainability report for the financial year 2022/2023 includes all the Eltronic Group subsidiaries and uncovers relevant aspects of the group’s efforts in terms of governance, environmental, and social matters which are to ensure sustainable development.

Focus on social matters (S)
As part of the Eltronic Group we are proud of the new ESG report 2022/2023 and the results we have achived.
At Dynatest we embrace diversity, equity and inclusion. As part of this commitment we are keen to attract more women to a traditional male dominated industry.
At Dynatest, we are proud to have achieved a significant milestone by having 25% female representation on Board of Directors and 33,3% women at the Management level in a rather traditional male-dominated industry. This achievement reflects the organization’s commitment to driving diversity and inclusion forward.
At Dynatest we also invest in students and interns. This year we have taken on seven students who in return become long-term assets to the compagny.
