How to get a new ELMOD license on a new computer!
If you experience that your current computer has stopped working, or you need a faster one.
Dynatest can help you reinstall ELMOD software and provide you with a new license. This also applies if a colleague of yours previously used ELMOD but no longer works in the company and you need to use that license.
What do we need from you?
Please e-mail your old license file to support@dynatest.com.
We can activate the same modules (FEM/LET/MET, LCCA, and/or PCN) on your new license.
You will find the old license file located at the drive C:/Dynatest/Elmod6/aDELMOD.prd
If your computer is unresponsive, you might find your ELMOD license in your old e-mails or you can provide us with your ELMOD purchasing invoice.
Next step DynaHub
Dynatest has develop a new software platform called DynaHub. DynaHub will monitor the licenses you acquire, ensuring that you always have the newest version readily available for your Dynatest equipment.
You can install and access ELMOD directly from DynaHub.
Please follow the steps to be able to install the software and to obtain a new license:

The new ELMOD license is linked to your user account, not your computer.
Steps to install ELMOD and obtain a new license
- Download and Install DynaHub:
Download Dynahub from this webpage : DynaHub Installation
Install the DynaHub software. - Register:
Register in DynaHub with your email account. - Notify Support:
Email support@dynatest.com with your registered email address. - License Activation:
Dynatest support will activate your license for the new email account. - Download and Install ELMOD:
Use DynaHub to download and install ELMOD. - Launch ELMOD:
Always launch ELMOD through DynaHub with internet access.
Now you are set to go.
Airport Testing
For Heavy Weight Deflectomer owners testing at airports, the new classification from ICAO, will be mandatory from November 2024.
The new classification ACR/PCR is already available in ELMOD.
