The Rowan University Heavy Vehicle Simulator (HVS) Project represents a collaboration between Rowan University and Dynatest to deliver a full-scale accelerated pavement testing system for transportation research. The project has progressed from planning, engineering, and procurement into production and assembly, with major system components now taking physical form.

Once completed, the HVS will support advanced pavement research by applying controlled wheel loads to pavement structures under repeatable testing conditions.
